Harriet Richardson
Associate Speech and Language Therapist
BSc (Hons)

Harriet Richardson is part of the assessment team at Socrates, which includes assessment and support for autistic young people. She also provides consultation and assessment for schools and public speaking on neurodiversity.
Harriet has worked as a Speech and Language Therapist in SEMH schools for children who are neurodivergent and have experienced developmental trauma. She works from a neuro-affirming and trauma-centred approach, which recognises an individual’s strengths. With lived experience of both autism and ADHD, Harriet supports clients to unmask using neurodivergent communication and play styles, which lower anxiety and improve accessibility to support.
